We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your order, we kindly ask that you do so as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled without penalty before they enter production. Once an order is in the printing phase, it can no longer be canceled, and you will be responsible for the cost.

As each print is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaded or defective. We strive to ensure each piece is printed and delivered in perfect condition, but if you do receive a damaged or incorrect order please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. 

To initiate a claim, kindly send an email here with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds for any items that are received in good condition or for customer errors (e.g., incorrect shipping address or size selection)
